| Before joining The Trust Company of Virginia, Mr. Hutchins practiced law with the Richmond law firm of McGuireWoods LLP and the New York City law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP. Bill specializes in matters relating to the administration and taxation of trusts and estates. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego, and graduate degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Virginia. Bill received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a master of laws degree in taxation from New York University School of Law. Prior to law school, Bill served in the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard). He is currently Vice Chairman of the City of Richmond Planning Commission, a member of the City of Richmond Public Art Commission, and a member of the Board of Directors of Richmond Little League . |
