| Mr. Peters' 25 year
career includes roles as a security analyst and Research Director
at Capitoline Investment Services, and Director of Research at
Mentor Investment Advisors, L.L.C. Most recently he founded Parata
Capital Management, a private investment management firm. Mr.
Peters is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds a Masters
degree in Finance & Quantitative Systems from Virginia Commonwealth
University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The
