| Mr. Weber, a native
of the Washington D.C. area, has over 30 years of personal trust
experience. Prior to joining The Trust Company of Virginia, he
served as a Senior Vice President and Trust Advisor for Wachovia
Bank in Northern Virginia. Don attended the University of Maryland
and is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School and the National
Graduate Trust School. He has served on the Trust Committees
of both the American Bankers and Virginia Bankers Associations.
He is active in community services and is associated with the
Wolf Trap Foundation and the Virginia Hospital Center Health
